Help inserting FHG links

Hey guys. I'm looking for some some kind of tool, that will help me insert my FHG links in my html kode. I'm so fucking tired of inserting the links on my site one by one, i'v got hundreds of links I have to put on my sites. Theres gotta be an easier way. Who can help me?
