please help with cj ultra trade script

I had a design made, i put everything the same, yet all its counting is no refferers. All traffic is no ref...I have several trades in place, i have tried everything, it just wont work. It has worked fine for 9 months...Any ideas?

I cant figure out how to install that script. My hosting doesnt offer the option for SSH

Any other ideas?
