I have been having trouble with my ePass Account for a month now. I have sent two E-mails using their Contact Us form and I am about to send my third because NOTHING has been done about my problem. My problem is a month ago when I tried to login to my account I got the message "Invalid User ID or Password" - I knew this could not be right so I verified my User ID and after answering my security question I got a new password sent to my E-mail. Even the new password gave me the same error message "Invalid User ID or Password" - this is impossible. Has anyone else ever had this problem? My User ID is valid as it has been verified and I can get a new password sent to my account after answering my security question so I know my account is still active. I saw someone mention someone on this board a long time ago that works for ePass and ACTUALLY TRIES his best to help you work your problems out. What is his E-mail? I think his name was foreign. I'm asking this because their Contact Us form provides no help and their 1-800 support number is busy. I've never heard of a 1-800 number being busy. Anyway, thanks for any help anyone can provide.
