Anyone know of a pay per click sponsor that would fit the following requirements?

- A sponsor paying for most nationalities

-possibly accept redirected traffic to a landing page og some sort.. or a sponsor accepting traffic from expired domains.

-Reliable (obviously!)

-One that has been here for a while and intends to stay

I should have mentioned that I'm already using FPC and due to poor results i was thinking about switching.

The sponsor I'm looking for is one that allows traffic redirection I'm uncertain whether the listed sponsors allows this can anyone certify their respective linking policies?
