Video Editing software

Does anyone know of a Video Editing software that is easy to use that will show my DV's Clear and I am able to tag them in corners I desire thru-out the video?

I have use the Window Movie Maker it's easy but cannot tag and not clear upon playback

I have Video Impression 2 I like but cannot manipulate where I want the "Burn In Tag"

Use Pinnacle Studio 10. Very easy to use 1-2-3 editing right out of the box - easy to add watermarks. Only experts can survive Adobe Premiere. Cheers, AR+
