Need a good model photo release

I have a photographer that works for me in need of a good model release. Does anybody have something that is strong?

While there is no industry standard release of all rights i'd recommend if your serious in this business to hire a lawyer and conjur one up based on the many results you will find on google. Be aware that every state, country and jurisdiction will have differences.

There are 100's of generic ones posted on the net - but you absolutely need a local lawyer to look them over before you use them... Especially if you operate in California.
