I have enabled the RSS feed but in testing it, I signed up for it through google and its only showing the default wordpress entry even though i've deleted that and made 10 or so entried. Any help?

Post the URL of your RSS/XML feed.
Are you talking about your feed getting indexed and your title and description has wordpress info in the areas where your title and description would be ???
Need more information about what you are doing...
GFY allow you to post links after, what is it 30-35 postings... Check their rules... or drop them a line...
