Hi!

The layout is stifling -- it's great that you guys show tantalizing pictures. But they are squashed together pretty well, they're big and fight amongst each other because of it, and that text column right in the middle there is distracting. There's a ton of words there that I can't concentrate on reading (not that people come to read the site -- they want poontang, biatches).

Your text links should be changed to image links or rollovers or something -- the plain text links for signup makes the site look amateur/shady, unfortunately.

While the content is good, you really want to minimalize the design. Emphasize the fact that there's more and better material inside. Employ a little bit of psychology mixed with simple yet elegant web design -- you might want to take a cue from other large sites and really, really, emphasize the "SIGN UP NOW" button. Remember that the more chances you let potential customers leave...they will. Use more imagery, less text (I know SEO might be hurt that way, but remember you're selling a product to flesh and blood people, not engines). You will need a better design for this if you want to maximize conversion rates.

I hope this is useful. I have no idea why I decided to go all out on this one. If you didn't figure it out already, my day job is deeply entrenched in this kinda sorta thing.

Need anything else, ask. admin at bestbooty dot com. I'm just being friendly -- best of luck, mates.

i like it, very clean and simple.

how many vids do you have and is that your exclusive content?

[shwsrvcs]

how many did you have before you created the site? did you use an affiliate program at all until you had enough of your own content?

[shwsrvcs]

I believe that there were just 14 videos when the site first was launched. It's always been exclusive content, even when there were only 14. The amount of videos has just built up over time, we add 2 videos and 2 galleries each week.

thats cool. i was wondering how to start out.

i like the site and good luck.
