yes yes, I know I'm new to the board, but I've been looking for a design company and hired (Team 31 Designs). This guy named "Akil" took my deposit and never made my site and won't return it nor will he answer his emails or IM's. Has anyone had the same problem with them?? I would urge anyone to not use this asshole scammer.

I think if I hire anyone again I won't be putting anything more then $50 deposit down on the project I know that much and I don't think I will use epassporte any longer either since they don't wish to respond to my complaint. Sorry but for now my site is on hold, I think I'm better off doing it myself.

OK Team 31 designs is a rude mother fucker, I would not deal with this guy, after I thought everything was going well and sent him the money for the site he claimed he never got our business check in his mailbox. Come to find out he did cash it and he will not deliver the files. This company is a sham.Comment

lol your a total lier. your check was never cashed..(sitting right in front of me) my bank said you dont have funds ... i said wire me my money and you can have the files.
very simple.
1. tell me where it was cashed. (i know it a lie)
2. told me it was mailed on feb 21 - i didnt get it untill 3-12 (or so)
if you like I can post all the lies you told me.

dvd420, or SMV, or whatever the fuck he's calling himself now, is a known crook. He steals content, and doesn't pay up for services. Then he goes board hopping to bad mouth legitimate companies.
He's broke, and has resorted to selling stolen content, just to scrape by.
He's been kicked off of every board I know of, but keeps coming back under different handles. He even goes so far as to create multiple handles and hold conversations with himself to lend credence to his posts.
What a little turd. I take solace in knowing one day he will be living on the streets, sucking some dude's dick to make a buck.Comment

I've had fucking funds in the account and still do for this asshole company team 31.. Even tho I don't want to pay him at this fucking point I still will. If he didn't have the check in front of him and got out of his fucking wheelchair and went to the bank he would get it cashed. This guy is fucking rude and not a designer to work with, but if you wish to, you go ahead and you do and see what happens. Hey man its your fault you agreed on receiving a check, it was your agreement so don't talk your shit AKIL. Get off your ass and go cash the fucking check. You've been bugging me for 300 bucks for 2 weeks now, you must be the one thats on the streets sucking dick, cause it appears your very hard up for 300 bucks. The site was shit too didn't even work with other browsers.. Even I can design better html than that and your graphics aside from your toons (which prob aint even yours) sucked as well. But yes I will still pay you for your work as always intended. Your rude ass attitude in the beginning lead me to belive you were just a punk. I would suggest that people not do business with you but thats on them so I will leave it at that. I've never had a problem before paying anyone and I always pay people to which I can prove.

long story short you sent me a bad check.
( i dribbled it to the bank and the teller swatted it into the cheap seats)
cant verify funds. advised me not to deposit it.
so... I can NOT release any of the files until the check is made good.
(you assured me many times that I would be paid, or did you forget)
Here are your options.
1. wire me the balance (minus the western union fees) and ill gladly upload a zip for you
2. you can disappear (change your nic / handle what ever) Ill report the bad check to
Mich, better business bureau - telecheck for sending me a bad check, and let the local DA know
that your passing bad checks. and so on....
you can let me know what you decide to do. now I must attend to my more important paying clients
they deserve my full attention.
so dont cry to me over icq, for real I dont even want you to have my work. i just want everyone know that you dont pay our bills.
