converting a tgp

Awright, I dunno what I'm doing wrong, but apparently it's something big. I get about 7k visitors daily to my asian tgp. (http://asianpornxxx.net) I've tried a shitload of different sponsors, mixes of text links/banners in every different possible spot, and I just can't sell shit. Any tips or advice on what da hell is wrong with me would be greatly appreciated.

IMO, you could probably receive more visitors if you change your domain name to a simpler .com domain name. Asianpornxxx.net is rather long.

His domain name doesn't do anything with his convertation rate. And, overall, domain name doesn't matter much, most of ppl just click it from somewhere, they do not type it. Unless it's something like sex.com or adult.com

Exactly That domain is there for a reason, and that's to get some nice google traffic... As far as repeat visitors go, I got bookmarkers, and theyre growing steadily. My main concern is conversions. Anyone? pleaaasseee...

Here's my 2 cents:

You have to increase traffic. 7k is nothing.

The way to do this is make your site more productive by taking down the adverts, and increasing the number of galleries.

If I was a surfer I would not want to bookmark your site, as too many ads, and not enough free porn.

Sponsor hosted galleries, are always good, as they are very surfer friendly, but there do not seem to be many for the asian niche. I only know of Rev Erotica and ARS

Then when you have got 20k or so of traffic, you could always put in an ad, or two.

My Trial and error here...

I use alot of text links and sponsor galleries. But the layout could use something else to. I would add more galleries and less pics. unless you run a thumbnail preview TGP. I add 150 galleries a day on one of my TGPs. A couple of banner spots text links for sponsored stuff. Thats it. Also look at some of the bigger TGPs. There is alot more content.

Ask your slef what could you change. Look at your TGP and say "If I were a serfur would I like this TGP or some one elses?" Then ask your self why.

Maybe more graphics instead of pics. Like a cool looking table. Draw your serfurs in and have them say "wow this is a cool looking site!"

Free is the key would for a TGP. So I guess my advise is adding more galleries. Maybe catagories like teens, asians, amatuers so on and so on. Then take out some of the pics.

Just my opinion! It's all trial an error. What might work on my site might not work on your site... And what works on your site might not work on my site...
