trouble w/ Autogallery SQL

The gallery scanner seems to get stuck after scanning a couple of galleries and leaves all remaining galleries without thumbnails. The galleries Ive imported all link to the bigger JPG/WMV/MPG file, not to an HTML page. Does anyone have a solution so I wont have to hand crop each of these galleries?

Could it be sticking on the video's? I think I remember hearing something about that a while back, but it may have been fixed. Try having the scanner do smaller more controlled batches.
