legal issues (germany)
A short welcome from me to myself and the everyone els at gfy 
Finally after months of reading into the business i want to try my luck and verify that there is definitely no money in porn on the internet. But of course just making a small website and start would be too easy...
So I would need some help with all this legal stuff I am facing, with the biggest problem being taxes. If I earn just a single dime this year as personal income I would have to pay taxes for everything I earned this year.
So to all those in germany an everyone else willing to help me:
Can I in any way have everything declared as company-income so I don't have to pay private taxes?
Hope you can help me so I can get into competition fast and steal your customers
P.S.: what company-style should I take? Limited, LLC oder something else?
