Traffic trouble

So I went and bought some traffic from trafficholder, excellent site but the conversionrate of my traffic is depressingly low... Over 7000k and only 2 subscriptions... What could I be doing wrong, anyone got any tips?

Join lists? Sure... which ones?
Link trades? Fine by me, with who do I trade?
Buy other site traffic? Sounds like a plan, tell me where to click!

btw: the traffic I bought from Holder was pics_gay/go_gays and gaymenring... any suggestions on hot gay dating niche sites?

it can be hit and miss with buying traffic. Keep the site up and wait for me search engine exposure then go from there. But also buy more traffic if it does convert.

If you take a look at the "Traffic Trades/Gallery Requests" section of the forum you should be able to find quite alot of sites where you can get link trades.

Btw, I hope you meant 7k [=7000] and not 7000k [7000000] ;)

I think you made the same mistake as me. At the beginning I bought traffic from Traffic Holder without looking on what kind of traffic and what niche until a very nice person from them asked me and I told it that I have a babe + teen blog and it said to me that I was buying a mature traffic from mistake or from unknowledge of course. Then I realize that is why people from bought traffic was searching for "matures" on my babes blog. He advice me to stop that traffic and to buy targetting traffic from domains with babes or from specific niches. That made the differences of course I said it and I will always say this: The Traffic Holder guys are the best because they sell cheap and good traffic and they advice you well especially when you are newbie
PS: Until today I was talking with someone from them on my Icq. Today I found that that person is a "she" and I was very well surprised

did you buy traffic before you tried any other method of obtaining it? and once you made the appropriate changes did the traffic increase in a manner that you would recommend 'buying' to be the first option for obtaining traffic? thanks.

2:7.000 is extremely good for TGP traffic and 2:7.000.000 is unbelievably poor... So what?

Choose your niche, just scroll down when buying traffic and you can sellect source, for example choose mature movies if you have movies site with old mamas ;)
Then you can click on USA/CA/UK/DE traffic only which costs you +0,5$/1k of uniques.
Or you can sellect country of visitors if you have non-eng site.

By no means am I one of these ballin adult webmasters, I just do this part time. My humble TGP gets about 1.5K uniques a day, and its all search engine traffic/traffic trades. I havent bought traffic since I started.

I'd recommend checking out ATX (arrow traffic eXtreme) and then reading up on SEO. Then you wont have to pay for traffic and still get signups.

As I said, I'm no balla, but thats what's been working for me.
