    Need some website tips

    i am looking for a web based web page builder that wont encrypt and hide code in the creation of a few basic webcam themed pages i plan to promote heavily as i build them into better ideas and so on...

    can any one point me to a few websites where i can either build the page on the website or download the software to do it on my computer
