ccbill aff panel errors?

hi everyone. i want to ask if someone other is receiving errors on ccbill affiliate panel? right now i referred a sale and i looked on ccbill and i saw what website is it reffering from. i do some work and i looked again and i dont see this sale there anymore, and no refund or chargeback. this looks to me as unfair practices, does anyone else have the same problems? thank you for any info, TC

ok problem solved i am new and i did not know that not apporved transactions are not stated as chargeback, but are deleted without any info. strange but now i know . sorry for useless thread, TC
