Seeking guidance from webmasters

Hello all,

I'm very new here. I'm trying to understand certain things pertaining to becoming a webmaster, but after banging my head against the wall, I've decided perhaps the best way to learn is to work for a webmaster. I was wondering, if there are any webmasters who is seeking someone for support of their site, a customer service kind of thing on a part time or full time business? I have the willingness and motivation to get where I want to go, but I need a whole lot of guidance as well.

It would probably help to list the things that you can do: graphics, programming, photo retouching, video editing, etc.

This is going to be harder than I thought LOL

Beckie mentioned programming, photo retouching, etc. I will be honest, I don't have any of those skills, but I'm not afraid to learn, either. I'm TRULY a "newbie" here. This is the down side.

However, on the up side, I have customer service experience, administrative experience, anything office related, etc. I'm sure someone in this business could benefit from skills such as those. I appreciate your input, I really do. Although I don't have those skills, I would love to learn and master photo retouching. Would that put me on track a bit more and perhaps be of more value to a webmaster?
