To all of whom this concerns:
Over the span of a few days prior to the the Christmas holidays, I was scheduled to do some work for several people. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete this work, and I did not get in contact with the people who hired me.
Some of these projects were pre-paid. I have refunded all of the ones that were still refundable, and I have gotten in contact with the following people I still owe scripts to:
- Aleks from IAT Marketing
- AK from Dating Gold
- Pete-KT from Mob Bucks/Satan Cash
There may be others that I was supposed to do work for that I've forgotten about, since it has been about three weeks I've been gone. If so, PLEASE get in contact with me so I can make it up to you all.
Now for the story behind my disappearance. Shortly after this work was started, my laptop crashed. Common story, I know. The laptop was shipped out right away to depot, but as many of you who have dealt with big computer companies before will know, warranty service can sometimes take a while. Three weeks, actually.
In all fairness, the longer-than-usual warranty turn-around time was probably partly due to the weather in this area, and, of course, the Christmas holidays.
On the laptop was my addressbook and Microsoft One Note (fancy to-do software). I tried to recover from the hard drive, but to no avail. I was contactless to help with them, and had no way to get on the net, except for occasionally from work, which is when I refunded some cash to some of the people.
There is no good excuse for not being in contact with you people over the course of three weeks. It was purely negligence on my part to not have a backup of my contacts. I have loads of reliable storage available to me, and a cellphone to keep numbers in. I plan on using them from now on.
I can assure you that at no point will something like this ever happen again, and I would like to ask that you fine businessmen give me another whirl at the work. I want to make it up to each and every one of you whom I have inconvenienced. Those of you who have already paid and not refunded will be receiving free coding, and those of you who have not paid, and still need the script done, will have it done for free.
Please be in touch if I have left you out of the list of people I owe something to. Thank you all!
Yours truly,
