Can someone share a sample model contract?

I am trying to find a good starting point for a model contract to sign solo girls for websites. My ideas for the draft are pretty simple... like the model will have to do X video sets of X type of content and so on...

What is everyone else using out there?

Yea... i ended up throwing down a retainer to have my lawyer start drafting stuff today.. Costly, but it has to be done... I was just wondering what else people had going on.

I have some performer contracts/release forms from an adult shoot I managed last year. They are meant to be for a single scene/video not an ongoing website contract but I suppose it would be a good starting point. The contracts were drawn up by lawyers of the production company so one would think they're at least a good thing to look at for what you're looking for.

Personally I'm interested in whatever contract BF had with that girl that flaked out on him... I'd be curious how much of the language is different from the contracts I already have.
