RSS into HTML

Curious if anyone knows how to put RSS into HTML without javascript. I want it ot update the actual page not just a little module. If anyone knows how please shed some light.
Why do I want this? Well getting RSS feeds as content items is ~mediocre at best~ because EVERYONE has the same feeds. What I want to do is make a keyword optimized page then have an RSS feed w/ that keyword auto-updating underneath it to give it added appeal to search engines as contantly "FRESH" content. The generic rss feed mixed w/ my hand written content should prove unique content served fresh for our favourite spiders.
