    windows problem

    I formated my nieces computer for here and now it wont load windows it goes through the motions of installing files and when it gets to 10% i get a "generic instalation error" message then it goes off ive tryed 3 different windows disks and its the same on all of them the only thing i can think of is a hardware problem but its a brand new computer . id appreciate anyone help on this thanks

      install windows 2k and be done with it
