As for what I can do, skinning is not a problem. I have been skinning PHP templates and customizing CSS for years. I have also got many years of SEO experience and I have done a bunch of content writing - for SEO. I can also build graphic based websites and am looking at building my first site in the next week.

I am going to put a site together with about 100 pages of content on varied adult themes. The site will have a blog and some gallery pages. Do any of you have any advice on:
how to set this up?
where is good cheap hosting for a newbie?
what affilate content is the best?
any other ideas?
