Programmer - PHP, mysql hotshots

Swankdollars could use someone occasionally to help out when we need something built, edited, or fixed. Right now we have a minor mysql issue and no one seems to be able to resolve it. Are there any programmers looking for occasional work out here but are also really good at what they do?

This is definitely outside. The hours and amount of work is hard to gauge but it could be anywhere from 2 hours to 20 hours a month. It's not a lot and I certainly don't want to give the impression that this is a big gig.
