TopLists question

Someone on here mentioned that top lists kill your search engine exposure. Is that true? Apart from that, is it worth to sign up to top lists?

alot of people do sign up for them, i stay away. whole lot of crap for not THAT GREAT results (imho) --- try it, if it works within the first month - keep it, if not -junk it.

best way to find out is to try it (unless there is a record number of failures)

TopList were good for traffic about 7-8 years ago - now days in my opnion the traffic is shitty, if you use a niche toplist I'd say traffic would be a bit better, but general toplist sites are pretty much crappy I think, differnet people make bank with different methods.
