Check out Turbine Video Encoder 2, or one of the other results. TVE looks like the best one imo.

Oh fuck, man. Sorenson Squeeze is the one. It's the one Macromedia and friend recommends and it's integrated well with Flash. Flash output is cool if you want to embed videos in the page and Dreamweaver makes it pretty easy to do. Working with Flash itself, though, wee bit tedious. Cool, though. Very cool.
