    Need Webmasters help

I am getting some complaints from a few of my subscribers that they cannot successfully download my streaming video.
I need some help trouble shooting this and I would be very grateful if some of you could go up to my site http://www.mogulnet.com/moviesgallerytwo.html, and tell me if you have any problems.
Also, if you have time, I threw up a couple of test clips on www.mogulnet.com/testingclips.html.
My problem is that I don't know what these folks are having problems with. The clips work fine on my end, that's why I would appreciate your help and/or input.
Thanks in advance. Please feel free to e-mail me direct at [email protected].

    Neither pages opens!
What you see on your Compu is not necessarely what the worls will see. Your compu has the files on its hardrive, so by default it will find them...
I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

You have a "," and a "." trailing in your links on the board.

I can view you videos fine.
      Thanks,
      Kit

        A couple of things:

First of all, when posting a URL, don't put a trailing ',' or '.' at the end of the URL. That makes the whole 'clicky-thingy' part not work.

Secondly, it makes it hard to troubleshoot your videos when you disable the video information when you compress it, but that's okay, cuz I'm a reasonably dumb guy, so I can figure it out. heh. You appear to be compressing your videos to MPEG4 V3, which should be compatible with any version of Media Player from 6.0 up, so anyone with Windows 98 or better should be able to view your videos without any problems.

What you should do is put a link on your page where ppl can contact you and let you know what the specific problem is, as I suspect ppl are probably trying to view the clip in a different player, like QuickTime or RealPlayer. If you don't want to be pounded by a million e-mails, then simply give them a link to download the latest version of Windows Media Player at www.microsoft.com/mediaplayer and they should be able to solve the problem themselves.

Judging by your hqx files, I assume you're using Premiere to compress your clips. Out of curiousity, are you using the Cleaner EZ export plug-in to create these, or are you using the codecs provided with Premiere itself?
