Have been with them for 3 years. Had to pay the 750.00 plus US presence.
My rep never answer... ooops not true, she did last week telling me to go to hell.
I only use them for rebills, and when that dries out, finished. I use Globill as main, and will select ccbill or jettis as secondary.
In one words, ibill sucks!!!
If your site is pain oriented, go with them: you will feel it.I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

well the reason that i was going with ibill is because of the webmaster options(referral programs) that they offer. i wasnt sure if any of the other billing sites offered them. please give me feed back if any of the other cc processors do. and paypal fucked me last x-mas of 2300 dollars when they restricted my account(yet they continue to accept payments to the account). FUCK PAYPAL. thanks in advance for your helpComment

globill and ccbill has referral programs too, but both of them seems to have shitty rebills.
i'm affliate of adultbouncer and they use ibill, globill, jettis, ccbill and just added paypal.
jettis and ibill seems to be the best.Do I need to fill this?Comment

I'm with IBILL and moving away from them REAL FAST. So are many others processing $10,000's a month. I suggest EPOCH as #1 processor they give you amazing tools and Ibill has the worse support you'll ever find with any processor.
Stay awawy from Ibill

hello nap,
i have been with ibill since late 1998.
have nothing to say bad about them...
maybe people talking about another ibill...
the only thing I dont like in ibill is some
features in their new CMI...
in old CMI you could search for all transactions
in any time range, now only for single day...
everybody says ccBill is the best...
I sent them email with some questions in
about 2 months ago and never got any response...
Good Luck,
Mistress

I'm one of the few that has never had any trouble with IBill, although I've moved most of my sites to AVSs now.
As for PayPal, you have to pay $1500. $500 for Visa & $1000 for Mastercard.
I think the Mastercard notices will be going out in the next few months from all the processors. Hopefully after tax time though...Comment

I paid the 750.00 to Ibill. Mastercard can take the 1000.00 , make a big ball with the bills and shove it up their ass. They only represent 20% of signups and hardgoodsales. Most people that use Mastercard have Visa. I have 3 visa, no mastercard....Originally posted by KCat

If you do end up with iBill, use matt as your account rep. He is a very hard worker and made my expierience with iBill a great time. I just wouldn't give anyone $750.00 for services ;)SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

Run as far away from Ibill as you can. If you opted to NOT
pay the 750 don't worry, they took it anyway. They didn't even send out an email letting you know to go on and lube up your ass.
Their CMI is broken currently and the boy on the phone did let us know that it is doubtful that our rep would be returning our call.
We've never gotten a call back from them in 3 years anyway.Comment

Everybody has their preferred billing company but that doesn't mean that any of them are necessarily better or worse than the others. Find a company that works for you and take everything you read in this forum with a grain of salt.
We like iBill because we've found that our traffic gets approved/retented best when processed by them. However they are not the best when it comes to customer service. For us they are a good fit, we don't need to talk to them often and the difference in approval/retention (while only a couple of percent) is a significant amount of money.
However, if customer service were propotionaly more important to us, we probably would not go with iBill."Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats."
