    HTML help needed (simple)

    This should be simple to you HTML guys. I need a simple code that will load a page inside of a page and refresh it on a timer.

    Basically Page2 needs to be inside Page1 and Page1 will make Page2 refresh every 10 seconds.

      use frameset and put this code on 2nd page <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="10"> should be inside <head> tag..
