    Frontpage Question

Ok, when I am in normal design mode, i hit enter and it automatically double spaces. How can I make it stop doing that??

It gets really annoying when trying to put links up, they are always too far apart!!! if anyone knows the answer, I would appreciate the help.

    .
    welcome abroad

you need to understand HTML tags, enter makes <p> tag, it means paragraph, you can design it via css2, probably you need <br> tag, you can do it shift+enter, it makes break of line, not end of paragraph

yup, if i were you i'd definitely start spending some time reading my source after i made my frontpage stuff. thats how i started learning back in highschool. try to play with setting up tables, and text formats and whatever else, then look to the source to see what exactly it was you did. read up on some good tutorial sites and try different things out. i found that frontpage added a whole lot of stuff i either didn't need or didn't want into my source. i still use frontpage as a tool, but i like to go in afterwards and chop up the source a bit. afte rthe initial design is done, most updating for me takes place in notepad or cutehtml(great little program)
