    2257 Question for Blogs

    I run a few blogs here in the US.
    My question is, who is responsible for keeping records from material and content I post on my site, if i'm using affiliate programs. Am I covered for running nudity just promoting another site?

          Im not an expert in US laws, but my logic would say the one hosting the stuff is the one who needs to keep the records
