How to add a link..[WP]

I'd like to know how can i add a link to external webpages on wordpress, it's driving me crazy.

I do it, but the problem is that in the main page, the links aren't showed.
I add the links but they aren't visible, i don't know why.

Smells like a template specific issue or you have WP cache activated...anyway, the workaround is simple. Go to "Manage", select a "Edit" for a post (no need to change anything) and press "Save", this will force the sidebar to update with your newly added link(s).

the template you are using may have disabled the links in the sidebar, you may have to go in and edit the templates...
