Why Does Google Hate Me?

Okay, so my main site is over a year old and I still don't get ANY traffic from Google. My site is in their index, but they haven't checked on it in a long time apparently because they don't have any information on my listing. They don't have a page title, meta tag info, or anything.

Yahoo on the other hand loves my sites and I get hundreds of SE visitors everyday from them...but Google: 0. I will admit that I do get 1 or 2 hits every once in a while, but it has to be something like "free+sex+tina+gallery page tgp" or something that doesn't even make sense.

Any ideas on why Google is not picking up any of my sites? The main one I mentioned is pornmessiah.com, though most of my other sites look somewhat similar so you get the idea.

I seriously doubt I'm getting the 'sandbox effect' since it's over a year old.

EDIT: Also, ironically...my site is a PR3...does that have no influence whatsoever? You'd think I'd get 1 hit a day at least...

the googlebot proberbly have problems with your site, ever made an account to see what googlebot get out of looking at your site?

ever optimised your site for bots? you might drown in other and bigger sites if not.

you are proberbly listet on google, but if you are number 1000 in the line when ppl search then they wont get to see your link

yeah make a google sitemap - that's what they encourage users in the 'sandbox' to try.

As for the site itself 'porn galleries - free porn galleries daily' isnt exactly going to get you at the front page of google for 'free porn' !! Imagine how many thousands of other sites have those words in their title tags... if you want to get in the SERPS for free porn you've really gotta optimize for those words...

I made a sitemap a long time ago, but I think Google is having problems reading it. I'm not quite sure what the problem is.

rigrunner: From the way I read your post, it almost seems that you are suggesting that a good ranking targeting the terms 'free porn' is easier to acquire than with 'free porn galleries.' I'm almost certain that's not the case. I am targeting the terms "free porn galleries" and "porn galleries", and have gotten to the 2nd page of Yahoo...but as prz_bgr kinda said, I'm not in the top 1000 on Google (at least not to my knowledge) As far as imagining how many 1000s of sites target the terms I'm using, imagine how many hundreds of thousands are targeting 'free porn.'

clip4free: If by getting me out of the sandbox, you mean giving me a link, that won't help. I have quite a few links...and I don't see how 1 more would help. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for trades and I may want to set one up with you, but I don't think it will help me get Google traffic, will it?

Anywho, all in all I do know how to optimize sites...I'm thinking the flaw lies in my lack of a sitemap...I mean I can get a site to a PR3 status in 2 months with no link trades whatsoever...but it won't get any Google traffic (plenty of Yahoo, Altavista though...psh...)

I've got a college project due tomorrow so I'll be busy most of tonight, I'll definitely contact you clip4free, and if anyone can assist me with properly developing my Google Sitemaps shite, I'd really appreciate it!

It's weird that you have PR but not visitors....and pr3 with no link trades? That's a bit strange.. Maybe the problem lies there? (unless you've got a great network of sites linking in?)

For the sitemaps, I use Xenu and save the urls as a text file, never had a problem. Getting your sitemap sorted should fix the probs, as I said it's what they encourage folk who've been banned from google to do..

Yeah it is strange that I get no visitors but have PR3 (just turned PR3 less than a month ago). My other site is the one that gained PR3 with no inbound links (other than gallery recips.) That site is cockntail.com...don't look at it though, it's fuckin ugly right now (bg color).

I'll let you know if the sitemaps thing works out for me...

Well, as I stated above (a little over a month ago) I am posting a follow up to this thread. I have implemented Sitemaps and am now receiving decent Google traffic. I'm dumb. I guess I should have done that sooner.

Also, semi-ironically, and contradictory to what rigrunner stated, I'm getting 'decent' traffic for the term "free porn". (well 30-40 uniq/day)

I don't think page rank have anything to do with your google position. And for new sites , google give a good PR even with without many backlinks , but it will fall if you don't work on that.

Yeah, I figured there wasn't a direct correlation between page rank and traffic but I didn't think there was no correlation at all. One of my sites did fall from a PR2 to a PR1 when I added no backlinks...of course it never had any backlinks in the first place...which makes me wonder why I submitted it to the SE's in the first place. Man, I should really do something with that site.

Anyway, Cock n' Tail isn't really 'new'...in fact it's 1 year renewal is only a month away. Then again I don't know what defines 'new' for you....

Also, it's been a PR3 for many months now and I haven't added any backlinks since roughly it's 3rd month online. I'm gonna add some more anyway so as to not 'jinx' myself.

That's BS. If you build a optimized site, with quality keywords that don't have a lot of competition and have a PR6 or 7 site link to you, you can get a ton of hits in less than a week. It's all about the anchor text, who is linking to you and the quality of your keywords. It's not easy, but at the same time it's not impossible, and it doesn't take 3+ years either.
