webcam portal software/scripts?

im setting up a new site that i'd like to have a webcam portal section on, but i need to find a script or something that will make it work. ive seen a lot of these portals that have rankings and show all the in/out hits and all that good stuff. anyone know where i can find out how to set this up or get the necessary scripts?

I wrote my own cam portal software (cams.getatit.com) - doesn't have ranking yet, but I'm working on that, along with revenue sharing for the girls. Want to use a slightly different system from usual for voting/ranking though, as I'd like to be able to pay the girls based on their rank.

I may be interested in licensing the back end (it's PHP/MySQL) when it's done.
