It's actually hard to tell, the pics are hot linked so the webstats count a hit whenever the page opens, even tough there are about 35 other pics on one page. This means you have to trust the in-out list of the script. For a typical hotlist with 15000 hits/months for the page where my pic appears I get like 1100 visitors which converts to two members.

The one thing I use top list for is to find link partners. i have found some pretty good traffic that way. I have done a few top listings and some brought some pretty good traffic.

DF™ TopList Lite is the best toplist script for free IMO.
Toplists are a great way to build up traffic! Start with a few trades 5-10, and then expand.

I am no toplist pro, but IMO, I would make the Anne banner at the top a little smaller so that more of the toplist is visible on the page without having to scroll down
