Firefox can't find the server at webmasters.porngov.com.
* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Maybe It isnt finished, or maybe my DNS servers aren't updated yet

If you really want to be a hit with the n00bs, write a section in the guide that no one else covers (like traffic, trading, etc.). A lot of people that are new to this don't understand terms like skim and recip, so I imagine a walkthrough of these subjects would be incredibly useful to them. Just my .02
