I see most websites have amazing affiliate programs that do everything for the affiliate, are these expensive or not?
I really really would like to find someone that could do an awesome affiliate program for me.

its not expensive at all to start. ccbill or any reputable billing company will set this up for free.. if you get real good you can use programs such as nats (talk to john) or mason and more
