    Content Management Software????

I am starting a pay site and I want to see if anyone knows of a good "cheap" (content management) and (member area security) software that I can use....

I see NATs and MP3 but $3,000 is too expensive.

There has to be something out there that is in the $100 to $250 range...

    Please help!!!!

If you purchase a $100 to $250 program you get a $100 to $250 program.

If you purchase a $3000 program you get a $3000 program.

While NATS and other packages are good, if your new you can run with gallery scripts and do html for your video galleries. ccbill or any processor you use will help you setup the membership protection side

i'm not aware of any off-the-shelf cms software but it's pretty cheap to have someone make a custom cms program for your paysite. i can load my content manually but it's so much faster and easier with my cms program. i just select the files from my harddrive and the cms uploads them to my server and creates galleries automatically.

contact mike at www.bluewirestudio.com they can make a modular cms program so that you can start out having it upload movies and pics, then when you can afford it, have them build on the cms so eventually you can update your entire site from the cms....very cool!

as far as the protection of your member's area, the earlier thread was correct. once you get approved by ccbill they will protect the www.yourdomain.com/members/ area. they take care of all the sign-ups, rebills and cancelations. the only time you actually communicate with your members is if they send you an email.

                  hope this helps....
