I want a website review script

I looked around but did not find anything I liked.

Does anyone know of, or have any recommendations for a script. Free or pay - doesn't matter.

I just want the ability to add new sites, screenshots, several star ratings (content, speed, prices, etc). And possibly have the feature of letting other people comment too.
