Any scripts to auto-feed a cam site?

I'm looking at zipped sites stuff right now, but I don't think it's necessarily what I want.

I'm feeling too lazy to write up my own layout/script as I have a whole shitload of other designing to be doing, but anyways.. I just want something that's like got the layout all done and all you've gotta do is put in your links and then get traffic to it.
