5. align your text links to the left side and maybe try to use it with tag <li>

Yeh, I agree. The sites alright, I also think it looks a bit plain. Have a look at my site vippeternorth.com . See what you think.

I'd change a few things:
1. Don't use different fonts, different sizes are fine, but just one font.
2. Work on your thumbs, they all look pretty blurry and are forced to a certain size without keeping the aspect ratio of the original pic which makes many girls look like fat midgets...I know Marketa Belonoha looks better ! ;)
3. Don't call sponsors sponsors, something like "Recommended Membership Sites" or "Premium Adult Sites" sounds less like "Click here to make me money".
4. Avoid obvious typos like "Freinds"
5. Put the sextracker counter at the bottom, it's not like you want to send them alot of traffic.
6. Do not resize the banners to fit your page, try using banners that fit without resizing, they look as ugly as the thumbs.

The overall approach isn't bad, my first site looked alot worse, but you definately need to work on the look of the site.

Ok i will be honest -
Use CSS style the fonts and loose the table borders. Clutter distracts the usability of the site. Ur on your way.... Good job!
