Where can I get a site review script?

I want a site review script that will allow me to build sites and add new review of products and other sites, both for adult and non adult applications.

The closest site I want the results to look like is:
myadultreviews.com (not sure who's site this is but great job!)

Anyone know where I can get a script to build sites like this and control all content through the admin interface?

Wel if your a programmer i'd take a 'link list' program and modify it with more detailed information. Or custom design. there is no 'official' review site to the extent you want it without going custom.
