    HELP!! stuck on comus

well, i am working on my first tgp (which was handed off to me by a buddy of mine) and i am stuck. i got my galleries in and what not, but when i click on a thumb it takes me to completely different page, instead of intented site. It seems like its his link to his old sponsor, instead of mine...i am thinking maybe it has something to do with the trade script set up that was on prior. my buddy just gave me the keys to the site and i am still learning my way around. Anyone know comus?

Comus is free because it skims (takes for itself) a percentage of your clicks. iirc if you have the unregistered version it skims 20%, the registered version 2%, and if you pay for it it doesn't take any clicks away.

The registered trial key allows your site to run at a 2% shave instead of the unregistered default of 20%. To remove the shave totally, you can upgrade the script to the fully enabled version.

free some reason i dont think its that. no matter many times i click it takes me to teen.adultmoviematrix.com its free so its at 2%. i was looking at the site in edit mode and this is what i think is causing the prob "ttt-out.php?pct=50&url='......now i just need to learn what hell to do next.

Two things come to mind immediately. I have installed Comus dozens of times and encountered my fair share of problems (including sending to sites vs. galleries) and the URL you referenced doesn't sound like a Comus skim site to me. To be sure:

If the script cannot access your database it will send all clicks to wherever it wants. Ensure your MySQL database is working properly and that the entire script is CHMOD'd to 777 (world-writable).

            But more likely:

The problem is TTT, especially if you don't have the newest release. TTT has a lovely feature which blocks potential click-bots but also deters webmasters when testing their site. Open your site from a different machine OR in a different browser (FireFox instead of IE or vice-versa) and click thumbs - if they load galleries then TTT was just preventing you from abusing the site. If they STILL don't load, try checking your TTT settings.

I'd have to see a build report, can you take this to the support forum and someone will answer it fast
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
              think about that

Warning: main(version.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/allteenthumbs.com/httpdocs/ct/includes/header.php on line 7

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'version.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/httpd/vhosts/allteenthumbs.com/httpdocs/ct/includes/header.php on line 7
damn this sucks, so i sign in anyway and i get:
Warning: main(../version.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/allteenthumbs.com/httpdocs/ct/admin/main.php on line 2

Warning: main(): Failed opening '../version.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/httpd/vhosts/allteenthumbs.com/httpdocs/ct/admin/main.php on line 2

I'm almost positive the "ttt" string your seeing is because you have
Turbo Traffic Trader integrated into your Comus installation. With
TTT you can add in additional skims for specific trades and categories.
So, I suspect the trade that keeps appearing has a high skim
                  setting.

Depending on the version of TTT yur using the admin interface can
                  be found at:

                  http://<domainname>/tttadmin - Version 4.X
                  or
                  http://<domainname>/ttt_admin - prior versions

On the PHP error your now getting in Comus, it looks like the version
string file is not missing. What else did you change recently??

try this, go into your server and change the permissions to all 777 and see what happens
