Can anyone recommend a good hosting that does uncapped monthly transfer volume or at the very least 5 TB a month? I can't fuckin find ANYTHING above like 1 or 2 TB. Its ridiculous. How do I run mgp galleries without killing the bank?

You are probably going to need a dedicated server to handle that kind of volume. Have a look at the plans at ZYM Hosting, and the only thing you'll be "breaking" is open a new bottle of champagne.
