    Traffic/customer retention

    I have 500+ register users on my new webcam site. Now what would be the best technique for traffic/customer retention?

    I am looking at Vivid.com promo where, a customer pays for 1 month subsciption for $9.97. And then they buy $29.99 of chat time on my webcam site for the same customer.

    I do kinda worry if Vivid could "steal" my customers, since they have a competing webcam service.

    What do you guys think of this promo. Anybody know, any better techniques for traffic/customer retention?

      maybe having exclusive models would have, quality and variety as well.

          promos are good I'm not a paysite owner so dont really know much, but if I was a customer, random discounts and freebies will make me happy

              Yes, I was thinking about giving discounts to customers who spend alot. And maybe some type of "rewards" program, like what credit cards do.
