Traffic referring script for blog

For my blog im still searching for a good referring script.
You know those sites who have a great view of how many traffic has come in and went out for each site. That is what i want ! I also would like to see al url's who are not added to my db.

Also i would like a solution for this: i want to count al the outgoing traffic to each particular link from my site. I don't know how to do that (im shit with scripting) . and maybe it could be nice to tell im using WordPress.

Got a small budget for this. Thanks

yes forgot to told, i prefer to host myself.. but if you can convince me clicks and/or xclicks a really great services i would take on of them
