Need New Host

Have been with adulthost for over a year. Have had some serious problems. The first time I overlooked it and stayed with them. Recently, I have had three major issues within the last two weeks that have cost me plenty. As usually, cannot get a response from them on what is wrong and when it will be fixed. They do not have a customer service line.

Meanwhile, I chose them because they were nominated for an award. What I need is an affordable, dependable host. Anyone have any suggestions?
