question, chat rooms & webcams

Hi,

I noticed some TGP's have a chat rooms and I would like one too...Most are java.....If the chat rooms users can get on cam themselves would be even better.

if someone can direct me to software that does this spam away.....I'm not looking to create a huge webcam site, just a simple chat room w/ a chat & allow users to get on webcam & share it.
