Has anyone used this? I can't get the proxy to work. The frustrating thing is I talked to a friend who uses it and his works just fine. We are both using Windows 98. I think I just need to change a setting somewhere but I don't know where. Does anybody have a clue?

I used it. its a little confusing. i downloaded the proxy. but i dont think its even served a purpose yet.. -
