Can someone suggest a good watermarking program to use?

If you're talking about still photos, I would recommend using Photoshop's Automated/Batch option. If you're talking about videos I'll let someone else make a recommendation as I have little to no video experience ;)

for video watermarking.. i use sony vegas 6... for pics photoshop as well..

arles web - great program, adds your image in instantly and does insta thumbs and more

video's can be watermarked with either adobe premier or after affects. But for sure use Photoshop for pictures, the droplet function can make your project a hell of a lot quicker.
