Your problem may be more with your traffic then the site itself.

Sounds to me like you've unfortunately purchased some crappy traffic. Try some from Traffic Holder instead.

Somehow i felt that would be coming - oh well . My only other suggestion is to cut down the size of the logo and generally the "top" of the site - i feel that surfers should be able to see at least part of the main content without having to scroll down.

Well I think a better of shots of the model, the thumbnails needs to be more attractive and sharper to attract the surfer.. the package really have to be good..
