live cam software?

I am opening a site (dream-shows.com) which is going to be mainly live acms of both guys and girls... I need some sort of program that the proformers can have at their homes because we are not centrally located. Is there some sort of program that could be intergrated into the webpage with let's say a chat and streaming video? The more advanced the better. Hell, if I were to be able to snoop in on the conversations and if the shows had it where you could set a time limit of when they would cut off and offer the customer a chance to buy more mins that would be fucking excellent... any feedback whatsoever would be greatly appreciated! thanks.

I'm surprised Streamray doesn't offer a service like this yet. They have the infrastructure and technology.
